| Villages to be visited |
It will be determined by the Mission Department of the Presbyterian Church of Manaus. The mission trip will be in one of the following rivers: Amazon, Negro and Solimoes. The Rio Negro and Rio Solimoes are the two major tributaries which join to make the Amazon River. |
| Friday - Depart from Atlanta International Airport to Manaus with Delta Airlines or Saturday - Depart from Miami International Airport to Manaus with TAM Airlines. |

Saturday - Transfer from Manaus International Airport to the hotel. Free day to explore the downtown area of Manaus for people coming from Atlanta or Saturday - Transfer from Manaus International Airport to the hotel in the evening for people coming from Miami.

| Sunday - Free day to explore the downtown area of Manaus. Lunch at 1:00pm. Opening worship service at 7:00 pm and transfer to the medical boat to depart from Manaus. |
| Monday to Friday: Five days visiting and helping the villagers of the river banks of the Amazon River and its tributaries. |
| Saturday: Arrive in the morning at the "TIWA Eco-Resort for a day of resting, swimming, fishing and relaxation. |
| Sunday: Free morning. Lunch at 12:00 noon. Free afternoon. At 5:00 pm transfer to Manaus International Airport for travelers departing to Atlanta or leaving the resort after lunch with transfer to Manaus International Airport for travelers departing to Miami. |
